Summer Appetizer Plate
A twist on the traditional charcuterie board bringing in star ingredients of heirloom tomatoes, basil and burrata with fresh fruit and mint.

- 2 Large Heirloom Tomatoes
- 2 Balls Burrata
- 20 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 10 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 3 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch Sea Salt ****Large Flake****
- 1½ C Strawberries
- 2 Peaches
Prevent your screen from going dark
Get out a board or large plate that you plan to use to serve your summer appetizers on.
Cut up the Tomatoes, Peaches and Strawberries
Tear the burrata and separate into large-ish bites ON the serving plate or board
Arrange the charcuterie meat onto the board
Chop / place the basil over the tomatoes and cheese
Separate and place the mint with the fruit
Sprinkle Olive oil over the burrata and tomatoes
Sprinkle LARGE FLAKE salt over the burrata and tomatoes. If you don't have large flake use reg salt. Use salt sparingly.
Serve with fresh baked baguettes
