Nana's Classic Pickled Bean Salad with Green Pepper, Celery and Onion

I found this hardcopy recipe card in my Nana's own handwriting. I'm positive she made this a lot - as my Mom made this when I was little. The recipe is flexible - change up the beans for those that you prefer. The recipe has to sit 24 hours - so be sure you make it in advance.
