This is a super quick, easy and delicious caesar dressing. I like to make it with a lot of garlic. The lemon helps balance out the flavors and provides a brightness to the salad.
Add all ingredients to a container and use your immersion blender to mix. I made a double batch - hence why the container is so full !
Alternately use a food processor or mince the garlic and anchovies finely and use a whisk and stir thoroughly.
Notes
Lemon: Use a medium sized lemon and if it's really juicy only use part of the juice. Taste the dressing before adding more lemon juice. Anchovies: If you get the small TJ's containers - you can make a double batch and use the whole container of anchovies.
